Proud GMC Owner I brought my GMC Acadia in for a transmission issue. LeeAnn put me in a rental car right away and was very sweet and patient with me. She even introduced me to him. I liked knowing that the person who was working on my vehicle had the experience and knowledge that I was paying for. My transmission overhaul was done in promptly two days. She called me several times with updates. Best of all, my car is working better than ever. Very Impressed We were having allot of issues with our 2013 Ford CMAX and a 2007 Kia Sedona. We were under and no one would give us enough to get us out of this car. We went in there with what we wanted. We had left because we couldn't get what we needed. About an hour after we left we received a call from Nick saying they can put us what we want, so we went back in on a Monday and left with exactly what we were looking for and around what we were willing to pay. Usually, car salesman are very aggressive and overbearing. I was blown away by how friendly, helpful and understanding Kevin was. I was just there window shopping-most salesman would try to convince me to buy a car or leave when I told them I wasn't interested in buying. Not Kevin though! He was able to create an environment comfortable enough for me to be honest about not wanting to purchase a vehicle. Most people would have left me alone knowing they wouldn't have gotten a sale, but Kevin helped me out of kindness and care and that meant so much to me as a consumer.
