It is my wish to have the issues which I stated in my review to be addressed in a manner that seems morally fair not deceptive, straight-forward and honest. My description of what transpired is both accurate and factual. You should do what your conscience and sense of good business tells you is the proper remedy to your situation. It is my wish not to have phone contact...only e-mail because only clear fact and no emotion are involved---this is why I chose to use an "internet sales person" to set the deal in the first place. Mr. Vaughn, I do apologize about the way our internet department works. The way we have it set up is that the internet department makes the initial contact and answers any initial questions or concerns and sets up a convenient time to visit the dealership. When the guest arrives they are greeted by the internet associate and introduced to a sales associate, at that point the sales associate inputs the additional information and test drives the guest in the chosen vehicle. If the guest wants to move forward with a purchase the sales associate also handles the initial paperwork. Again, I do apologize for this not being explained to you. What can I do to make this up to you? I had already spoken with the Director of sales and we just have been awaiting a response from you. I will be here at the dealership until roughly 7pm this evening if you would like to respond. Thank you again, Tony Marinier

I think it would be fair if you would mail me the FREE navigation system promised with every new car purchase as advertised on radio and television during the time I purchased my vehicle by the Pierson twins to my home and then an "A" grade would seem warranted at this point. Hi Tony I didn't hear back from you last night so i'm assuming that you didn't have good news for me. I would have thought that when we were in there the 2nd night that it would have been fixed in person or i would have gotten the we owe you like i was told on the phone before i came over there to pay for the vehicle on my 3rd visit to the dealership. I appreciate the fact that you got me a key fob considering the vehicle has an anti-theft device on it. I just feel like i'm being brushed off because if you would have never read this review you would have forgotten all about me and the issues with the truck.
