Good experience but there were a few things that could have been different to make it a great experience. For starters, I liked that they offered the vehicle at MSRP, if you finance with them for 3 mo. Mo have been different to make it a great experience. For starters, I liked that they offered the vehicle at MSRP, if you finance with them for 3 mo. Most places are not offering this and are also adding a market adjustment to the cost of the vehicle. Secondly, I did not like that they charge almost $700. for processing/document fees. To me that seems outrageous to do some paperwork and was even told directly, this is simply profit for the dealership! Also, I placed a deposit for a particular vehicle, was given the vin number on it and when the vehicle came in, I asked 3 different times if this was the same vehicle and was assured it was. When we went to sign the contract, they brought out the paperwork and it was a different vehicle. It had a few more accessories leading to a $275. increase in the total price of the vehicle. This however, did not deter me me from purchasing the vehicle but I just felt that they were not completely transparent. Lastly, in finance, I felt as soon as we did not purchase the extended warranty, we saw a change in the demeanor of the finance person. When we inquired about a $500. coupon, we were told we should have already asked that before coming to finance and I told him that we did and were told to ask him about it. This seemed to frustrate him but we persisted that he go ask about the coupon being honored. They then said the coupon could not be stacked with the Mazda loyalty coupon. I was a bit frustrated but overall I was happy with my purchase and glad that after much researching, I finally drove off with my brand new vehicle. Tre, our salesman, was very nice and even set up my Android auto for me. More

The whole team was fantastic, especially Isaac and Jorgen. Isaac was there from the jump and got me in the car quickly on a time crunch, helped get a deposit to reserve the car til I could come back a Jorgen.
