My dealing with our salesperson was great but than making me deal with finance when the deal was cash made a good experience turn to a bad day We were told that the dealership should have never sold us the me deal with finance when the deal was cash made a good experience turn to a bad day We were told that the dealership should have never sold us the car and that we should finance as the finance person knew more than we did We explained we were paying cash and just wanted to get going and than it got worse We were made to listen to a talk about additional add ons that we did not want and told him and he never stopped When it came to the registration of the car nothing was explained and we were never told what paperwork was needed so it meant a call back the next day and trying to get the paperwork that was needed to the dealership At this point we still do not have any idea how and when we will receive our registration and title I am not even sure who to talk to about registration and I have tried calling the dealership but no one answers the phone Iam not sure who the finance person was as he never introduces himself to us and his signature is a J and that's all I can tell maybe Hayden The Mastertech protection was never explained Speed of transaction was slow as we were just sitting and waiting for finance and had a 2 1/2 hr drive home and we were on time and just left to sit and wait for finance when we were not financing More
