He seemed genuinely interested in what we were looking for as we had already viewed the car of interest online prior to our visit. Within minutes we were test driving and discussing the terms. We were very fortunate to have Lewis be the one who assisted us. Also, the financial business associate we worked with, John Jenkins, was very down to earth, no nonsense driven and informative. We felt very comfortable with the terms of our agreement. Overall, the buying experience could have been a nightmare had we gone anywhere else as I have done this many times before and almost always seem to get the wrong deal, associate or both in nearly all major purchase sales I have been a part of. The sales guys I worked with were Sean and Daniel, who brought me numbers printed out with a bottom line outlining everything in writing for my trade, and the purchase price. We didn't talk in terms of payments, but instead in terms of bottom line. There were no high pressure tactics, and as a female, I felt respected, which is frequently not the case, especially when shopping alone for a car. I highly recommend Keffer for an excellent car buying experience, not to mention the fact that I LOVE my CX-5!! :) More
