Having already expressed my interest in the Mazda 3, Sean had several cars ready and waiting to test drive. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgable about both the cars and the company. His expertise and relaxed nature made the entire experience an absolute pleasure! It was easy to reach an acceptable deal and the finance department was organized and efficient. What a difference from all the "smoke and mirror" dealerships found around Charlotte. I actually drove up to Huntersville from Charlotte specifically to do business with Keffer Mazda based on a recommendation from Mercedes of South Charlotte ...and I'm so glad I did! I give the dealership, the salesman and the Mazda 3 a five star rating!!! More

Asked appropriate questions to figure out exactly what model of car I was looking for. Asked how long I expected to have the car and how much I was looking to spend monthly. First offer came, I countered, and came back with a great deal. No fuss, no mess, no trouble at all. We traded in my beloved Volkswagen and now I am a Mazda Zoom Zoom. Finance guy (new, sorry, can't remember name) was great, didn't try to sell me something he knew I didn't need. Did offer things that would have been appropriate for me. I wanted a specific color car and they found one at another dealership and had it sent to them. It was at the dealership at the date and time promised. Johnny was very friendly and not pushy. He seemed genuine and didn't patronize me as most car salesmen have in the past. I really appreciated his effort to make the purchasing process as painless as possible. He was very patient and didn't seem to mind when I wanted to test drive the CX-5 just to make sure I wanted the Mazda6 instead of a suv. The price negotiation went well with only 1 counteroffer instead of trying to go back and forth over a few dollars. Overall I would recommend Keffer Mazda and Johnny as the salesman. More
