This was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. The customer service was excellent from the initial phone call, setting the appointment, and receiving great communication throughout with ever had. He took the time to demonstrate and explain every feature/system and even ensured my Bluetooth was connected so I would be safe driving the car off the lot. I never felt rushed or pressured though financing and even learned a few new things. This was an exceptional customer experience. More

They were ready for me and the visitors area was comfortable. The work and checkoin/ check out was excellent. My recommendations are to streamline the appt process. Finall I strongly recommend washing the car for each visit. Their competitors offer this service. I just noticed this is a Hyundai review site. You need to also offer a Genesis review option More
Horrible place to buy a car. There's a lot of back and forth. Scott is very rude. There's a sense of arrogance as you walk in the building. I was told that I could not test drive without filling out a credit application. They said that's not how business works there. I was confused because the young lady on the phone invited me by to test drive..... I felt it was only fair to come on Google and let everyone know they need to fill out a credit application first. Maybe I should've told them my credit score is 798? But naaah I'll go to another Hyundai store where they at least try to hide they're garbage people. This company for sure doesn't. Also, there's numerous reviews on here with this same complaint. I should've read the reviews and not just looked at the rating. I love how most of the 5 star reviews say nothing about their experience, fake much? Remember those old badger commercials? With the rude AF lil badger, that's the management at Keffer Hyundai. #awful #trashpeople #neverbuyhere More

Selena was our service contact at keffer. She is very professional and caring. However i was very disappointed with the amount of time it took to fix the issue.
