Poor selection, high pressure sales and running the same type of lottery flyer scam for at least the 3rd year in a row. Why lie to get a customer to visit your dealership? I found a lottery flyer from this outfit in my mailbox. It claimed that if three icons in a row match, there is a $1,000 - $25,000 win depending on the icons. I know how stealers operate so I read fine print carefully and ran into a vague language: "Bring invitation to event location to compare your confirmation code to prize board to determine if you have won." I called this outfit and EXPLICITELY asked if the "confirmation code" must MATCH something and was UNEQUOVICALLY told "NO! As long as the icons in the same row are identical, it's a winning ticket, nothing else needs to match." I paraphrized the question two more times to make sure the individual at the other end has no room for interpretation, and every time the answer was the same. So I drove 50 miles just to be told that the "confirmation code" must match the one they have. To make it short, this place is a scam and it's too late for them to look up "business integrity", "basis decency" and "honesty" in a dictionary. These terms will be rejected by their vocabulary. To make it short, I wouldn't buy a box of matches from this outfit. PS When I got there, there was a family with exactly same flyer and exactly same set of matching icons... and they were buying a car. Indeed, there is no limit to human gullibility... More
My wife and I both bought 2021 Nissan Rogues from here, two seperate times and had great results. Charli was our sales person, and she was so knowledgeable about the 2021 Rogue. I would recommend Lewisto two seperate times and had great results. Charli was our sales person, and she was so knowledgeable about the 2021 Rogue. I would recommend Lewiston Nissan anytime, and ask for Charli. More
Avoid this place at all costs If I could give zero stars, I would. We had the used truck picked out, loan and insurance lined up, and were waiting on a few minor repairs (muffler, oil sensor) to be finished before we purchased. The staff wanted us to sign for the vehicle before doing the work and were very pushy about it. We felt uncomfortable and didn't trust the situation, so we refused. They then agreed to do the work and sell it to us one week later. During that week, they were vague about the status of the repairs. The day we were supposed to buy it (a Monday), we find out that they sold it from under us over the weekend. I'm guessing to a buyer who didn't ask for those items to be fixed and/or who paid more. The staff lied about the vehicle's history and were exceptionally pushy. The used vehicles are over priced, which would be ok if you got good vehicles and service, but it's clearly not worth the experience of working with the staff there. The whole experience was slimy and shady. I've heard similar stories from other people in the area. Find another place to buy your vehicle. More
Buyer beware! Bought a 2015 bad transmission plus more!!!! Isai Gonzalez was my salesman. I was looking to purchase my first car so obviously very niave in what to look for. Only said I could drive one car on Isai Gonzalez was my salesman. I was looking to purchase my first car so obviously very niave in what to look for. Only said I could drive one car on the lot, since according to him it was the only car there I could afford. I ended up buying that car, a Ford Focus se 2015 with 35,000 miles. I had seen online while he was getting the vin number he had two of that same car on the lot, one with 1,500 less miles on it. I specifically asked him to write down the VIN for the car with fewer miles it wasn't until I left that I noticed that of course, he gave me the car with more mileage. Not only that they didn't even have the decency to put gas in the 12,000 dollar car I had just purchased from them. It literally had 15 miles till empty left in the tank! I drive all the way from CDA to look at their dealership and they took advantage of me as a first time buyer. I was told by multiple others with mechanic experience that the rotors were bad on my car I drove three hours to get to Moscow dropped off my car they gave me a rental so I drove three hours back.. Just as I was getting back into CDA Isai called me and told me to come get my car there was nothing wrong with it so I drove three hours back and then three hours back again to CDA in one day for nothing because they said there was nothing wrong with it , go figure. The following week after buying the car I noticed the transmission was slipping and having trouble accelerating and was having trouble changing gears. Anytime I stopped the car it was a hassle to get it up to speed again. Very dangerous with snow! About 1,000 miles later I was driving on the freeway the speedometer stopped working, went to 0 and the auto lock breaking system traction control hill start and information indicators light up on the dash... The power steering stopped working as well. The car was still drive-able so I drove it this way a few days until my appointment with the ford dealership to have it fixed about 2 weeks later. Come to find out that my specific car had a recall on the transmission before I bought the car so they knew they were selling me a car with a bad transmission Not to mention all the other issues its now having!!! They sold me that car in bad faith and are using the "as is, no warranty" to play it off like its no fault of their own. They are looking. To make a dollar off you and screw you over! Buyer beware you will regret buying from them!!!! I called to find out what they would do to make it right and they had the nerve to act like I was inconveniencing them and hung up on me even. More
Rogue Car Buying Experience I was looking to buy a Nissan Rogue, and the first dealership that came in mind was Quad Cities. I went in, found out they didn't have the Rogue that I wanted, but was told that they could look around the other local Nissan dealers in my area and get back to me. Sure enough, two days later, they found the exact Rogue I wanted. Test drove it, ended up liking it, and tried to make the deal. I dealt with two different salesmen before having to deal with the rude Sales Manager. Before he came into the picture, the second salesman and I agreed on what was a fair price. When he heard what me and him had agreed on, he jumped into the negotiation and, for no reason, upped the agreed price by $500. He never said why, did not provide any logical reasoning other than the usual "we'd be losing money", even though the second salesman told me that the price we had agreed on was their bottom line price. But I guess for the Sales Manager, it was not enough because I feel like he wanted to make extra money off me (I'm from outside the US). I tried to reason with him, but he went on all sorts of tangents like "Am I providing your financing?", "Do you have a trade?", "Can we count on earning your business?" etc. I couldn't get through to him so I decided to leave at that point and try finding the same car somewhere else. As I walked out, he shouted (everyone in the building heard it), "You will not find the same car for that price!". Little does he know I went to Dave Smith Nissan the next day and got the car for the price I wanted with a few more options and accessories. Never will I step foot on Quad Cities property (not even for an oil change). More
