I recently moved to the Tampa area and needed to find a reputable place to have my new 2020 F-150 maintained in order for the warranty to be valid. I am very particular when it comes to keeping my vehicle clean. I was blown away by the degree that Karl Flammer protected my vehicle. Steering wheel cover, seat cover, floor cover. Karl Flammer treated my vehicle with respect and probably as good if not better than I do. The service coordinator was awesome with the intake process and the technician who did the oil change and rotated the tires was super careful and clean. The oil change was done without even one drop of oil anywhere. Impressive! They also performed a recall for the backup camera and extra care was taken to not damage the bed coat spray liner to install the new backup camera at no charge for the extra work involved. I had a great dealership back in NC that took care of my Ford, and I was concerned about finding just as reputable a dealer down here in Tampa. Karl Flammer exceeded my expectations and maintaining my vehicle is one less thing I need to worry about now. Thanks Karl Flammer. Brian More
