I did not authorize work that was done anyway. I was informed my alternator was bad. It was retested at a different garage and it is fine. This was my second terrible experience with this dealer. Terrible service and price gouging at a criminal rate. I will never go near this terrible business and will persuade everyone I can to stay away. I called the dealer to discuss this terrible experience and my call was routed to a VM. I left a message to call me back and no one did. More
