Terrible. Unprofessional. Definitely annoyed that I signed papers to purchase a car. Took forever, was there until 10:30pm with promises it would be “10 more m Unprofessional. They were more interested in playing basketball than assisting me. I was told several different things by the salesman and he even told me “this is not right” and “I’ll make it up to you”.
