Very shady dealership, not trustworthy, horrible experience. John took a check for my deposit, I set up pick-up time, and when I got there he told me the car was sold. She was very upset. He told us it was only a car, we shouldn't be so emotional. He actually said "there are bombs going off and people dying and you are upset about a car?" He did not apologize, just handed me my check (which in my opinion was my contract with the dealership to buy the car). John told my daughter (who was crying) to get over it and walked away from us. He sold the car for more money to someone else, and didn't even have the decency to call and let me know. Liar. Slimy. Arrogant. Untrustworthy. Dishonest. Unprincipled. Is that the kind of place YOU want to buy a car???? More

RUDE!!! Had my vehicle about 24 hours, and it left me stranded an hour away from home! Would not start. Called KDK, and was told "it's your problem " the car worked fine yesterday, what did you do to it? They did offer to pay for the tow bill & fix the issue.....WRONG! When the tow truck driver got there and hooked it up, I called KDK back to let them know it was on the way. Phil then asked why. And told me they would not be paying for the tow!! So unprofessional!!!!!!! Had it towed to my mechanic, screw that. I have never dealt with such rude people. They do not care! Please do not buy a car from here More
