We never like seeing that our service didn’t meet the standards customers have come to expect. We only performed the oil change because it was the first item on the repair order that you had approved. What occurred with the filters was an unfortunate oversight that we regret because it has inconvenienced you and prompted you to lose trust in us. The call from our service advisor alerting you to the filter issue should let you know that we took responsibility for the oversight as soon as we became aware of it. Again, we apologize for the upset and inconvenience to you and your schedule and look forward to installing the filters at your convenience.

On my service request, it stated 30k mile service when I booked it on your site. Only thing I asked was not to do tire rotation.

Concerning masks, we do offer complimentary masks to anyone entering Service without one and politely ask them to wear it. Some people have legitimate masked exemptions. Those are spelled out in the Governor’s order. If a customer claims to have that exemption we have no choice but to honor it. We have been inspected numerous times by the Board of Health and we have zero COVID violations with them. Television programs and stations will always be the choice of our customers. They select what they wish to view on the TV screens mounted in the front and rear Service lounges.
