Don't have vehicle issues. I am a snowbird and here for short time. My jeep got stuck in 4 wheel drive. The service department wouldn't even look at it for "weeks" The female service person was RUDE. I purchased a vehicle from Jones Ford Buckeye, and would say it was an average to good experience. The vehicle seemed a little high on the price, and they would not budge at all. The only thing they were wi say it was an average to good experience. The vehicle seemed a little high on the price, and they would not budge at all. The only thing they were willing to concede on was the glass etching fee, but when I went to sign the contract they added the fee back on and on 3 separate occasions I had to bring it to their attention in order to have it removed. I did pursue outside financing because the interest rates they offered were a bit high. They were very insistent on having me put $1000 down to reserve the vehicle, but I waited until I actually was ready to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle itself has been very good, with only a few cosmetic issues. They have a lifetime warranty on all used vehicles powertrain, I will ensure to keep up with my routine maintenance, but we will see how well they hold up to the warranty should anything fail mechanically. More
