As an older woman, I was expecting a negative visit to the showroom. Therefore, I walked in with an attitude at the onset. Then I approached Frank with many questions, all of which he answered very honestly. I was not interested in style or color, but in safety. After deciding on Subaru Forester, he walked me through the paperwork. Mike in financing also explained everything very succinctly. Zach explained the technology of the car( it really is a spaceship!!). No question was too much for him and I had 2 legal pages of questions!!!! He assured me that I could call at ANY time for tech support!!! I walked into Subaru with a negative attitude and walked out feeling as though I had made 3 new friends who would support me through any car situations. I cannot relate in words how impressed and relieved I am to have met such a wonderful team of people. If you want a positive experience buying or leasing a car, Johnston’s Subaru is the way to go!!!
