So he called me and not my husband. Other staff kept calling my husband and he referred them to me.. He is a asset to your service department. I will always ask for RJ when having my Traverse serviced!!!! Donna is also a great asset to the service staff. She is funny and explained in detail everything I needed to know about the loaner that they gave me. She also checked the loaner for anything I might have left behind. Thank goodness that she did !!! I had left all my gas gift cards in the glove compartment, My New Best Friend !!! Thank you!!! Marva was a extraordinary sales person !!!!! Marva Thompson was my sales person. She is a extraordinary sales person. She worked with me and took extra care in being sure that I was 100% satisfied !!!! She saw me in the parking lot when Iwas getting my loaner and came over to check on me, Nash was the sales manager that helped us when we bought the car. Outstanding !!! I replace the break light switch as suggested by another dealership. No help. When I was back in town, I stopped by Thornton’s and explained my problem. The mechanic said I know why. I told them to repair the problem. The problem was taken car of. Great job. More
