Great experience buying our 2016 Chevy Traverse. We're that family that likes to buy a car and then drive it "forever" so buying the right vehicle is important. We had an idea of what we wanted going in, but really hadn't picked a vehicle. Josh Wright helped us work through the options, provided information when we needed it and allowed us plenty of time to make our decision without pressure. He lined up test drives on three different vehicles and coordinated between both the Chevy and Ford dealerships to get us the SUV's we wanted to test. In the end, we definitely feel that we've made the right choice and have been enjoying our new Traverse very much (the Ford Flex was a close second.)
