We had a bought a new car elsewhere with Jack so we knew his reputation. So we went to see him and he hooked us up with Ron. The whole experience was great. We were not pressured into anything. Our overall experience was excellent. You must understand that my wife is a tough cookie when it comes to salespersons, so when she came home and said that she wanted to buy a new Nissan, I expected trouble that my wife is a tough cookie when it comes to salespersons, so when she came home and said that she wanted to buy a new Nissan, I expected trouble at the dealership. To my surprise, this dealership far exceeded any experience we have ever had buying a car. They were very helpful, and knowledgeable, to the point that a skeptical spouse, with a thousand questions, was treated with respect and provided with all of the information she needed to feel very comfortable buying her new car. The professionalism and knowledge of the staff went a long way toward sealing the deal. In a world where you hear only the complaints and problems people experience at the hands of some shady car dealer, we wholeheartedly recommend John Lee Nissan in Panama City, FL. Our son purchased a used car from John Lee a few months prior, and having dealt with the staff on his behalf, when my wife decided it was time for a new car, she knew just where she wanted to go. First of all I will say everyone at John Lee Nissan is extremely friendly and you feel you belong there right away. I've always been a huge Nissan fan because of the quality, longevity and value retention. The sale was so successful that by the time I could get there, they were out of 2010 Altimas. Ron Morris was my salesman and he kindly offered me a 2011 for a great deal. I explained that I wanted to take advantage of the great incentives. So Ron went to work and found me a 2010 and it was just what I wanted. Blaire Bussey also searched everywhere for the best interest rates since I didn't qualify for the 0%, instead of taking the first approvals with the higher rates, Blaire was tenacious in getting me a super low credit union rate. It took a couple days to finish the deal, however Blaire and Ron were in constant communication with me. So now I'm the proud new owner of a 2010 Altima and will be getting a new Maxima next..
