She made me feel at ease and treated me with kindness and respect. In this day and age the term “service” has diminished or totally lost its meaning. This was not the case with her. Her knowledge and enthusiasm with the product was also unparalleled. She made the whole experience seamless and hassle free. She quickly made me feel like a person and not just another “number” walking through their door. I really appreciated her taking time to take me to the other departments and to meet other members of the John Lee team. This is something that I had never experienced with other dealerships.
