I used the licking memorial concierge service for an oil change and a way overdue car detail. I didn’t know what to expect with the detail since I’ve never had one done. The vehicle had lots of fur in hard change and a way overdue car detail. I didn’t know what to expect with the detail since I’ve never had one done. The vehicle had lots of fur in hard to remove places and seats were stained from drink/lunchbox spills. I set my expectations low but I was so pleased with the results! Not a piece of fur found and looks great. I thank whoever detailed it for their hard work! The concierge service is so handy too! More

Took our new vehicle in for routine maintenance that should take 30 minutes and they have had it for 3 days! They never call whenservice is completed, went to pick it up 3 times and oops somebody forgot should take 30 minutes and they have had it for 3 days!
