I was very excited to get a vehicle from them. The inventory and pricing seemed amazing. I really felt like we were a good fit. I was comfortable to fill out the financing part on the website. I also did the finish financing option and was under the impression I qualified. I reached out. And it was short however it was during the Christmas new year holiday. So I waited till the second of January and reached back out. I was enthusiastic and ready to start the process of purchasing a car. When I reached someone after numerous left voice-mails I did speak to a Ashton. She explained that there were notes left and that someone spoke to me after being instructed to get in touch with me. And they noted on my account that I said that I was in n meetings for the entire day. I would be in Friday. Never happened. I explained numerous amounts of times I was new to ohio and that I was without transportation. The reason for me ready to purchase a vehicle. I was unclear as to why someone would first be unforthcoming about communicating with me when they had not. However I was reading and willing to move on from that. And continue my pursuit with them buying a car. However that quickly ended when I was speaking with Ashton and I felt rushed unheard and honestly as if I was wasting her time somehow. She seemed very uninterested in listening to me hearing or answering my questions. I was confused and disappointed. More
