After not hearing anything on the second day I text twice and got no response then called a while later twice. Finally someone called me back and gave me an update and said it might be a couple hours or could be longer. I was fine with that but he was supposed to call me and let me know for sure. No call again. The third day someone called and still didn’t know when it would be ready which we understood bc of the issue. We finally got it back around lunch time. The work may be fine but we had to rearrange our work schedules for 3 days just bc no one gave us updates so we could plan for it. More

Spent four hours waiting for them to diagnose problem, only to tell me they didn’t have the parts. Rescheduled for when parts “should be in”. Went back three days after that date. No one bothered to call only to tell me they didn’t have the parts. Rescheduled for when parts “should be in”. Went back three days after that date. No one bothered to call me to tell me parts never arrived. Also, failed to reconnect tail light so I drive around for 3 days/nights without a tail light. Customer service is much less than what I expected. While waiting during the initial trip, someone decided to “take a look” at my truck and then left a written offer (embarrassing low one) on my dash. Unwarranted, uncalled for and quite frankly did not make me happy! I wanted my truck fixed and not some low ball offer for a vehicle that is not for sale. More
