We have made 2 attempts to repair this vehicle. On the first visit the spark plugs were burnt up and the gap was at 70/1000ths,the gap is to be 35/1000ths.and the the throttle body was very dirty.we replaced the plugs and cleaned the throttle body and veh seemed to run fine..Customer called back several times and we decided to bring it back and try to help with repairs..we spent about 4 hours changing coils and throttle body and driving all at no cost to customer..Mr Ballenger was here the entire time repairs were attempted..Mr Ballenger had to take the car as he is a coach and needed to be at a game in west columbus. As an end result we decided we believe the vehicle may hav an issue with transmission locking in gear and stalling motor..Told customer we will be glad to take another look and try to help perhaps when he had more time..Customer stated in a later conversation he was trying to trade this vehicle off. This is the first time this vehicle was at our shop and with no history and 175000 miles there are many possibilities..We once again are willing to try to continue diagnostic and address the customers concerns.thank you George

Misrepresenting the truth does not sit well with me either. Yes, you had it twice.... but had you listened and done exactly as you promised the first time the car would not have had to be back in your shop. We had this car in 4, that is RIGHT 4 different shops prior to finally bringing it to a dealer as we were told to do with the diagnostic codes and were told by each of these shops that the spark plugs were fine and did NOT need changed. Trying to cover up the horrible job with lies did not get our car fixed. We however, did finally get it fixed. Mr. Ballinger did have to be somewhere cause we rented a car for the 4 days you had the car to begin with. Can you PLEASE explain why when we called about the diagnostic the other shops were getting, and then called again when the car was on its way to your shop on the TOW truck...that you did NOT run the diagnostic and do what we discussed??? I will tell you why, you were lazy and looked at a manual and did the updates called for the miles and year of the car. We never made it 5 miles before the engine light came back in and it stalled again, stalled a total of 12 times on the way home. You did NOTHING we discussed or to fix the car. We were up to date with all our updates. Thanks for nothing George. Oh....and P.S....I was NOT looking at trading it in and the thought never crossed my mind until George came to me and said "So...what do you think about a new car"? Seems kinda funny that I FINALLY had the car repaired at a "NON DEALER" who seemed to know right off AFTER running a diagnostic what the issue was. The car NEVER ran fine. I was told after spending 4 hours waiting for the service department at Tri-County hoping for a solution to fall in their lap and I could wait no longer that day and their EXACT WORDS "the car keeps dying and we have no idea what the problem is". Also...they cleaned a throttle body that I had ALREADY told them was replaced and cleaned before I had it in their service department the first time! I am not saying that George is not a very nice guy, but OBVIOUSLY they have no idea what they are doing.....
