Horrible I bought a new Ram from here in November. I felt I got a good deal on the truck and that's where it ended. 2 months later the bank the held the title I bought a new Ram from here in November. I felt I got a good deal on the truck and that's where it ended. 2 months later the bank the held the title to my Jeep I traded in started calling looking for a payment. I explained to them that I had traded it in. It took another month to get Tri County to pay off the loan to the point it went down as a missed payment on my credit report. Then today I had my first dealing with the service department. Driving on the interstate yesterday the throttle stuck on my truck. I took it in as it's still under warranty. I was basically told they couldn't do anything unless it did it again. That is not an acceptable answer. The next time it does it I may be in an accident. I no longer feel safe driving my truck. More
