Dylan my sales representative very responsive, professional and definitely would request Dylan again if I ever purchase another Ford but had two concerns. My radio had poor reception after leaving dealership. The vehicle was missing the short antenna causing me another trip to a Ford dealership. Another concern is the GPS. I called Dylan and he said the GPS should be working I will call you back. Dylan called back and said it cost to activate GPS use my GPS on my IPhone through Apple play. I went online and found I get 9 months of complementary GPS then I can subscribe for 80 dollars a year. I activated my GPS through Ford Pass. I feel Dylan should know for future customers. Not complaining but my time is valuable due to wife is on dialysis. More
