My 2013 Dodge Durango had an alternator failure on Christmas Eve, I was able to bring my car to the service desk at 0645 on Dec 26th. By 1500 I collected my car from them good as new having used their loaner all day and was advised there would be NO CHARGES for the repair as it was covered by a factory recall. Service advisor Rick Quinones was an enormous help is steering everything through the system. They turned what could have been a disaster for my vacation to a minor inconvenience. Super kudos to all the staff at Joey Accardi's service department. I have no hesitancy to identify myself and am signing this review..... David Winikoff, Olney, MD More

I highly recommend working with Subaru of Pompano Beach because of the culture brought by the Joey Accardi way, and excellence brought by Sales Professional – McKinley, and Finance Manager – George. My wife and I scheduled an appointment on a Wednesday morning to buy & trade one of the top notch used cars on their lot. Anticipating a smooth process, though understanding some hurdles in any deal, we had pre-approved financing ready to go. The short of the long of things, financing wasn’t as expected through many attempts to package our deeply up-side-down trade in vehicle. McKinley’s patient persistence to keep asking questions, making calls, waiting for call backs, seeing through internally for extras to add to the deal showed us tremendous value all the way to closing the next morning. Understanding in both our businesses where commission on each deal is important for where we invest our time: our deal was not going to be a profit machine, but more decline of energy. The vision of both McKinley and George to see our circumstance as an opportunity for future loyal business, I believe greatly, is the fabric of a tremendous local business. This business hires and trains to connect and help - FIRST. Oh, and finally they welcomed, treated, and hosted our 5-yr old golden-doodle as a dog-friendly business as well. This was the absolute kicker to writing our review today! More

Between 3 stars (average) and 4 stars (good) ...The service tech was polite, but dropped the ball when it came to communication. Meaning, after they had the vehicle for 24 hours...no call...noth ...The service tech was polite, but dropped the ball when it came to communication. Meaning, after they had the vehicle for 24 hours...no call...nothing....so I went to the shop....only to find out; it wouldn't be ready for another 48 hours....keep in mind, Sunday they are closed. I called on Monday for a status check....only to be told a few more hours...Unreal?!? Ok, so let's dissect this....I drop the vehicle off on Friday at noon....I don't get the vehicle cleared for pickup until Monday afternoon.....seems like a lot of time for an oil change, 6cydr tune-up, and replacement of a rear speed sensor (warrantied part) that has been replaced 4 separate occasions. When the rep called....I asked what was the total....he relayed approximately $500.....for a FREE oil change, $260 for a tune-up and a warranty part.....so I had to remind him (again) about the oil change was zero costs.....that the rear speed sensor was warrantied and that the tune-up wasn't $290...it was $260 on Friday when I dropped the vehicle off. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd occasion that this service dealer has failed to provide an agreement or outlining a written estimate in accordance with FL Statute 559 and/or FL Administrative Code 5J-12....basically an estimate if the shop fees excess $100.....I brought this to this same dealership's attention in October 2017 when I brought my daughters vehicle for service....apparently I'll need to Florida Department of Agriculture for remedy. I digress....after "modifying" the pricing...making it accurate....the price was approximately $300..... I'm skipping...that when I dropped off the vehicle - the service advisor pulled up the wrong vehicle and quoted me $1000 in upsells....which I did select the tune-up upsell....as indicated above....thought about gas mileage,...the vehicle is 7 years old....so I said what the heck....I digress again....I get that his job is to upsell.....but really....$1000....Unreal?!? For those readers...that are wondering why I keep going back..well....it was the oil change package that I purchased (buy 4 for $80).....well, lucky for me....this was the last one.....I'll go to another provider in the future....which is a shame....I purchased the vehicle brand new in June 2012 at this dealership...and had EVERY service performed here..... More
