Joel Confer BMW

I just bought my 4th BMW in a year from Joel Confer BMW. The first purchase was a Z4 Roadster about a year ago, followed shortly by an X3 for my wife to drive. Then last fall I sold my daily commuter and purchased a 328 xi AWD (by the way, the lot is full of AWD X drive vehicles and has been for over 1.5 years). Most recently, (last week) they had a very low mileage X5 with third row seating. The dealership was extremely fair in their pricing as well as in the trade they gave me and my wife for the X3. They are always courteous and extremely helpful. Their used BMW cars are not the least expensive that you are going to find, but they are clearly the highest quality with all service records available. All four of my purchases were on cars originally sold as new from Joel Confer BMW, and they had come back off of lease. They each had 1 year bumper to bumper warranties including maintenance from BMW. Their service department is extremely fair, knowledgeable and willing to bend over backwards to solve problems. They are the best in th business as far as I am concerned. I have always used Joel Confer service for State Inspections, even long before I ever owned a car purchased from them. The reason was they were the least expensive of any Inspection station in the area. After 7 years experience and multiple vehicles of my own and of family, I have never had an issue with them using State Inspection as a means of drumming up business erroneously. I cannot say the same thing for others in town. When work needs to be done, they do charge for it, but I can always rest assured that they will stand behind their work, and they have the most knowledgeable mechanics for BMWs in more than a 100 mile radius. These 4 car buying experiences were the best I have ever had hands down. And so has my service experience at Joel Confer BMW. More

I tried to get a quote on a car and they laughed when I told them other dealers were discounting it for me. They replied with "they don't know what they're doing at other places". On the contrary, all the other dealerships seem to be doing a lot better than this one, with much more business and much better facilities. They should think about their sales practices. I completely agree with the previous post - these guys are clowns, and don't ever buy from them. More
