All issues resolved! Brought my car in for three issues and they were all resolved in a professional and timely manner. In the past, I’ve had some unpleasant experiences w Brought my car in for three issues and they were all resolved in a professional and timely manner. In the past, I’ve had some unpleasant experiences with the service team but Scott handled everything great. I will continue to ask for Scott for all my service related issues. I will be purchasing a new car in the next year but was hesitant to stay with Lincoln because of past experiences after Charles left. After dealing with Scott on my last two visits my confidence in the Joe Rizza service team has been restored! More
