I gave Alex Argueta a chance to redeem the dealership and himself, as a whole. He not only did that, but my partner got a car through him right after and did even better by him. I am very proud to have him himself, as a whole. He not only did that, but my partner got a car through him right after and did even better by him. I am very proud to have him as my salesperson. More

I had a wonderful service experience at the dealership yesterday! Zachary was fantastic — he made me feel welcome and was so helpful throughout my visit. A big thank you also to John and the amazing team yesterday! Zachary was fantastic — he made me feel welcome and was so helpful throughout my visit. A big thank you also to John and the amazing team who took care of my oil change and tire rotation. I also want to recognize the gentleman who noticed a chip in my windshield and took care of it right away — I really appreciated that extra attention to detail. The whole visit was smooth, and the wait time was minimal. My only wish is that a car wash or vacuum service came included with the visit — that would have made it even better! Thank you all for the great service and for taking such good care of me and my car! More

Very disappointing experience — management was unwilling to work with a serious buyer I came to Joe Myers Toyota with a genuine intention to purchase the 2025 Mazda CX-5. I was a serious buyer and was prep to work with a serious buyer I came to Joe Myers Toyota with a genuine intention to purchase the 2025 Mazda CX-5. I was a serious buyer and was prepared to move forward if we could reach a reasonable number. I made a $26,500 out-the-door offer, including taxes, title, registration, and all mandatory fees. This was not a random or unreasonable offer. The vehicle is a 2025 model with nearly 40,000 miles, and it also had several visible scratches and cosmetic imperfections that I noticed during my visit. I met with the salesperson, Ricky, and the manager, Tucker, in person. Unfortunately, I did not feel that they were making a genuine effort to work with me. Tucker was only willing to reduce the price by approximately $200, and there was no meaningful attempt to find a middle ground despite the fact that I was there ready to buy. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was Ricky's behavior while I was negotiating with management. While I was seriously discussing the purchase, I felt that he was smirking/laughing at me, which came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that a dealership has the right to decline an offer. My issue is the way this was handled. If management had simply said upfront that the price was absolutely non-negotiable, I would have respected that and saved everyone the time. Instead, I came to the dealership in good faith expecting at least a professional discussion. I was not asking for something unreasonable. I was asking the dealership to consider $26,500 OTD on a high-mileage 2025 vehicle with cosmetic imperfections. I was ready to purchase if the numbers made sense. I left without a vehicle and with the impression that my business was not valued. A serious customer who comes prepared to buy should be treated with professionalism and respect, even when the dealership disagrees with the offer. Management should seriously review how this interaction was handled. More
