BEWARE! !!! I had been looking for a truck for a while, and I found one online at Joe Bowman auto plaza, which is 3.5 hours away from me. I reached out and go !!! I had been looking for a truck for a while, and I found one online at Joe Bowman auto plaza, which is 3.5 hours away from me. I reached out and got the info and worked a deal for the truck. I asked for pictures of the underside, and the salesman said he would have them for me in a few hours. He then sent me 3 pictures that looked like everything was ok, was clean and looked undercoated. It was raining hard the day I drove up to get the truck, so i did not get under the truck to look. I test drove it and it seemed nice. Got the deal done, and took the truck home. 2 days later while driving home from work, I stared hearing a very loud clanking sound. Turns out the brackets for the rear bumper were so rusted that it just fell off while driving down the road and got caught in the tag light wiring. Which i had to replace the tag light harness. When I first saw the pictures of the truck it had factory running boards, but I noticed after the fact that they were no longer on the truck. I ordered some online , and went to install them only to find that all the factory brackets from the old boards were so rusted, that they (the dealership) had cut them off the truck. So , I still cannot install the boards I purchased. Then a week later the front brakes locked up, while driving down the street from my house. The shop it went to told me that the front brakes were so corroded and rusty that they were unsafe and should not have passed a VA state inspection. The fact that they let that go like that, with mind of safety is crazy to me. So $1000.00 later the front brake are fixed. The shop also did a general check over for me and found that some places were spry painted black to cover up rust on the frame for the pictures that were sent to me. Overall, I got a $19,000 money pit, that is one problem after another. Stay clear of this place if you value the money you work hard for. They obviously do not care about anything other than the sales numbers, not even customer safety. Its been a little over a month since the purchase, and the heatshield from under the bed that was so corroded that it fell down onto the exhaust on my way to work. It was sold as is, under the impression that the undercarriage was solid. Solid full of rust and corrosion is more like it. And today I get an engine light for the transmission control module, and when scanned it shows it's a code that has been cleared before????? So, just be very weary of this place. I am a blue collar worker, and live on a very tight budget. So having to do all the repairs to a $19,000 truck that came from a dealership is a big disappointment. Shop wisely, and spend your money somewhere that cares. More

Without us asking, they moved the truck that night and let us know was there that morning. Had everything ready as I was out of town for work. When I got there that evening, we bought the truck. Very fair trade in price and great price on the new truck. So easy to deal with and was out within 90 min with the new vehicle. Highly recommend Tony helping you! More

Woke up this morning and the sales manager, Tony, has an appointment to show the car that he insists on honoring. I asked point blank if he would accept cash for the car on the phone and sell me the car and he said no. Don't waste your time here. More
