Paid for a brand new car and it was detailed before I received it at the dealership and when I got it hard scratches down the entire car as well as the inside they offered to fix it and it came back even received it at the dealership and when I got it hard scratches down the entire car as well as the inside they offered to fix it and it came back even work so I paid 2k to have it fixed elsewhere. Also after purchasing the car I received a call telling me the vin number on the car I physically had didn’t match the car I had actually purchased on paper and that I had to come in to have it fixed. My salesman was great otherwise the entire experience was a nightmare I won’t purchase a car from jim norton again More
