My wife and I had scheduled a trip and were concerned with the safety issue. Kimberley Daniels worked with us and was able to arrange to have the service done the next day. We were very grateful and were able to go on our trip without concern about the air bag issue. More

The waiting area facilities are comfortable and I love having the small work area with computers. It's nice to have a snack and drink while you wait. The only suggestion I could make would be to add a "nail tech" so that the ladies could get a quick manicure while we wait! I drive from Rock Hill, SC to Columbia, SC (approx. 65 miles) to have Hudson Lexus service my car. That should speak for itself! More
