When I made the decision to purchase, the process was smooth from finance conversations clear through pulling away in my new Tiguan! They also followed up early this week to see if I had any questions. They were also exceptionally professional as we walked through the complicated details of the finance side. They thoroughly reviewed all of my options, patiently answered all of my questions, and took the time to make sure I understood what I'd need to do moving forward. Staff also followed up via email early this week. A huge thanks to Bill and Karl, who made this process, which was initially intimidating enough to me to put off for almost two years, stress free. I especially appreciate the fact that they've both been clear that they're available for any follow-up questions. More

Anyway, I met with Andre, and he told me that I would owe a large sum of money at the end of my lease. I left and returned several times and no ones story there changed. They were all on the same page to screw the day lights out of me. They convinced me to lease another vehicle and now that I know everything they told me was a lie, I hate this situation I am in. I hate everyone there and j would recommend going to any place other than this one. On top of that, every service I have had done there has been xxxxty, which is a lot because the car itself blows. More
