I was on my way to CarMax Followed my daughter who was dropping her car off for an oil change and a sound in her stering column. We left and we’re on our way to CarMax when th Followed my daughter who was dropping her car off for an oil change and a sound in her stering column. We left and we’re on our way to CarMax when the service Dept called for my daughter to come back and drive with the tech to see if she could get the car to make the sound she heard. When we arrived back we met the nicest sales person. Randy asked if he could help and my daughter explained she was back to drive her car with a tech but there was a car on the lot that caught her eye that she wanted to test drive. Randy took the time to explain all the features of the car and helped her compare where she was at with her old car vs what she was looking at. Needless to say we never left Kia! Randy was helpful, knowledgeable and honest. By the end of the day Randy was more of a friend than a salesperson. I can honestly say I would not have bought a car from Kia four years ago. Not only did my daughter buy a car I came back the next day and Randy helped me. I had not intended to buy anything until the end of the summer and not until I shopped around. I felt I would never meet a car salesperson as honest as Randy so I went ahead a bought a new car without looking any further. I’m glad I never went to CarMax!, Thank you Randy ! More
