I take it for maintenance only where it was purchase but after yesterday experience I will be looking for another dealership. I went in for oil change was told that I needed new tires. I was there for 3 hours while I waited no follow up regarding the wait. I usually deal with Cortes but he was on vacation. I will say that Cortes has great customer service. The other guy not once did he touch base with me regarding the wait. Once my car was ready it can back not being washed from the outside. The one thing that I always look forward to is my car being washed when I get it serviced. I spoke with the manager and he made things worst. His response was maybe it long because we did not have the tires which made things worst. Because if the tires were not in stock, communicate with your customer. Now I will take my business elsewhere. I surely will miss Cortes. More
Consistent mis-handling of service needs Dealer made a service appt to have check engine light checked- dropped off on Tuesday and Dealer didn't look at vehicle until Friday. Told me on Monday it would be ready the following Tuesday or Wednesday. No info to me at all, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday...so called 3 times and texted- zero response until called general number and they didn't even know my vehicle was there and it wasn't fixed and they needed more time after scehduling me the week before to get it fixed and they had it for ove 1.5 weeks and it still wasn't fixed. The vehicle is still under warranty yet this dealership did not and won't fix the problem. This dealership has also damaged my vehicle on previous visits while it was in for service. Consistently bad service from this group. The check engine light issue still not addressed and no one has followed up with me since they had it for ove 1.5 weeks. Pitiful customer service. More

Was the best experince I've had buying a car! From the time I contacted the dealership to the time I left with my car, all departments went out of their way. He followed up in a timely manner, with all the answers I needed and went out his to make sure I was happy, John helped answer all my question about vehicle as well onstar. and steered in the right direction purchasing a great package. Great personality as well ! Mike in financing was very helpful finding the lowest interest rate, as well the down payment correlating with lowest interest rate!! More
I expect better. 4 plus hours to purchase is too long. Our salesman Dave Mathews was excellent, very professional. It took far too long to be sent to the finance department. He claimed their computer system didn’t transfer all of the amount owed to the final paperwork. The amount was on the paperwork when sales sent it to finance. In finance I signed multiple forms and purchased a warranty also. If their computer system doesn’t transfer properly buy a new one. Finance had plenty of time to review the deal before I got in there. Also Mr Mills spoke to my husband about this matter when clearly my name is on this loan and no one else. I have no problem with the sales staff except they aren’t friendly to you unless you are their customer. Never received a simple hello from anyone except my salesman. Finance tried to make their mistake my fault. Clearly they have things they could work on. More

Excellent atmosphere and service! I just purchased a new car and my experience went so smooth! I’ve always purchased my cars flat out with no car payment so this was my first time goin I just purchased a new car and my experience went so smooth! I’ve always purchased my cars flat out with no car payment so this was my first time going though this process. They were so helpful and made me feel comfortable every step of the way.
