When I arrived to pick-up my vehicle, Cortez Heath, provided me with excellent customer service by explaining each repair completed and all of my charges. Then I was escorted to the cashier to make my payment. Finally, I arrived at my vehicle that had a fresh wash and I greatly appreciated that since it desperately needed it.
