Service damaged my fender! I have never experienced anything like what happened to my Q60 coupe convertible when I brought it in for its very first service appointment. It was with the service group for 45 minutes and was driven out to me with the Service Rep telling me everything was great and it was ready. When I walked outside to get into my car, I saw a large green scrape across the driver side rear fender with a puncture hole in the fender as well. This damage was not there when I drove the car into service 45 minutes before. This was very distressing but it was mitigated by the fact that Service immediately took ownership of the damage and arranged a loaner car for me while they repaired the damage. I had the loaner over a weekend. The Sales person (Kirk) was great when I bought the car and Service taking ownership of my car's damage are the only reasons I can give Jim Coleman a "yes' I would recommend this dealership. I also hope that the culprit who damaged my car has been identified and this doesn't happen to anyone else. More
