By name Devin went above and beyond in greeting me and welcoming me to the first service of my vehicle since purchasing it from Jim Colemen Infiniti. By name he greeted me upon arrival which presented a great arrival experience. He offered the shuttle to take me to the mall while my car was being serviced which I did. When I returned to the dealership my car wasn't quite ready however he offered bottle water and said they would be washing/vacuuming the car before returning it. About 10mins later my car was brought around and looking clean! Before departing I asked Devin if he could provide me insight on how to use some of the technology features my 2019 QX50 has. He instantly said yes and jumped into the passenger seat to teach me. Before I could get home he also emailed me the owner's manual and directed me to specific sections for further information.
