I was somewhat pessimistic about being able to find an affordable car and a decent trade-in on my old Audi. I filled out the online form, and Cheryl called almost immediately, and after telling her what I was looking for, I made an appointment to see Don Wright. I immediately liked Don. He was not pushy or condescending because I was a woman. I was interested in the Kia Rio and Don did not push me into purchasing a different model. I was intent on staying with the Rio, without all the bells and whistles, and liked everything about it. Don understood my financial situation, and he went over and above his duty to secure this car for me. I never thought I would have a new car again,and I'm delighted with my Rio.
