Didn’t change oil when paid to do so. Took my ram 2500 diesel in for matinance on sep. 17 2018. It needed oil change, fuel filters change and tire rotation also alignment. They called next Took my ram 2500 diesel in for matinance on sep. 17 2018. It needed oil change, fuel filters change and tire rotation also alignment. They called next morning said it was ready. They pull the truck around, I always check oil level whenever I get oil changed before I leave the lot, I pulled the dip stick the oil is as black as can be, never changed the oil and charged me for it, manager came out after 10 minutes and said so I hear u think we didn’t change your oil I said no I dont it’s black. He said we will change it again and you can watch and I want you to pull the dip stick when we are finished you’ll see it’s black because it’s a diesel that’s how they are, which is not true. So they change it “again” as I’m watching you can seee the oil coming out is black it wasn’t new oil they never changed it. When it was done and pulled it around, I check the dip stick it’s new fresh gold oil on the stick. Who knows if they changed my fuel filters no way of tellingassuming they just rest the computer. Also I told them I wanted a two wheel alignment not 4 they truck has a solid axle doesn’t really need to be adjusted. They charged me 139$ instead for 4wheelalignment instead of the 89$ 2 wheel alignment I specially asked for. They can’t be trusted, I will never take my truck to JERRY ULM AGAIN!! and I will not recommend anyone to do so as well. More
