We live about 1:20 minutes away. That same night I sent pictures of the damage and sales man advised me they would take care of it . We sent a text to the salesman and he advised us he was going to see availability for repairs this was 4/ 13 /2026 and as of this moment he has yet to give us a date which today is 4-16-2026. I would wish they communicated and give us the same attention as when we were in the process of purchasing the vehicle. Thanks . More

The manager at this facility was horrible. The sales person that sold me the vehicle wasn’t there so I couldn’t address it to him to see if he could fix the issue. The entire team was attentive, communicative, and kept me updated throughout the process so I always knew what to expect. The lounge area is comfortable and welcoming, and having Limento available to grab food while waiting is such a nice touch. What impressed me most, though, was the staff’s patience and kindness with my son, who, at times, decided to turn the dealership into his personal racetrack! They handled it with such grace and humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable for both of us. We had a very rough start, I drove from Destin, Florida to Tampa (6 1/2 hours) to view a car that you had on your lot. I had been communicating with Yohanny Martinez for over a week and had made an appointment for around 3 o’clock on Tuesday afternoon. I emailed him on Tuesday explaining that I had not taken into consideration the time change and that I had gotten a little bit of a late start so I would probably be there between four and five. I received no response. Upon arriving at the dealership, Yohanny was not there, and I spoke to Nate I believe one of the managers. He informed me that the key to the car could not be located and that they were looking for it. I waited around for about an hour and a half and finally decided I need to get a hotel and stay the night in order to give Nate the opportunity to find the key. Nate contacted me the next morning to let me know that he had been able to look at the cameras ( very resourceful ) and was able to find the key. Upon arriving on Wednesday morning, we were greeted by Nizar Essbai who actually came in on his day off to take care of us because of the inconvenience we had been put through the day before. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Nizar was, he completely took over the situation and was everything I needed in a sales person due to the rocky beginning of my visit to your dealership. Long story short I bought the car, there was no owners manual and Nizar is working on finding one for me, which I am forever grateful. Overall, I would say that your dealership is very lucky to have professional, caring, and capable men such as Nizar and Nate representing your dealership. Upon my trip home, there were a couple of concerns having to do with the car that I have to figure out. But overall, I was very satisfied. More
