Jerry Hunt is now my dealership when I need a new car Having previously gone to Jerry Hunt about 6 months ago when I was car hunting, they were definitely the most consumer friendly to deal with. As I tol Having previously gone to Jerry Hunt about 6 months ago when I was car hunting, they were definitely the most consumer friendly to deal with. As I told them back then, car dealership reps now have a similar reputation as lawyer--try to avoid them if possible. I had begun my car search with them based on recommendations from others in the area whom were confirmed correct in my mind. I left them without buying a car in order to check out other options at other dealerships. All of the other dealers I talked with were more aggressive and pushy and did not keep within my price range and car loan terms I had stipulated. The degree to which I must insist on "I mean what I said" forcing me to be rude is unacceptable. When the bait of a more expensive car is not taken and it became clear there would be no sale to me that day, some reps actually called me "cheap" or in some other way took a manipulative or psychology strategy further reinforcing me disgust with the entire profession,. I regrettably bought a used car from someone online merely because I could afford it with what money I had saved. It was a money sucking lemon that cost more and more until it finally broke down so I cut my losses. Jerry Hunt was the only dealer I felt I trusted to treat me properly, honestly, and politely so when I went to them last week, I told them what I was looking for and if they had it on the lot that day great, if not I would just wait until they searched for something that did work for me. Luckily, they did have just the right car for me on the lot so I drove home in my new car. More

Outstanding Customer Service I had no intention of buying a vehicle. Drove two hours away from home (Virginia) to look at vehicles to try to get a feel for what I was planning on I had no intention of buying a vehicle. The one I purchased was out of my comfortable range but I was interested, none the less. Jerome came out to talk to me. No pressure, just talked small talk. I took a test drive. Told him my reservations about the price. When we got back he went and got Danielle. She was amazing! Still no pressure and I laid out my hopes for payment, terms, etc... and told her this was why I did not think this vehicle was an option. She worked with me on the price, found great financing and payment came in below my expectations. Car has more options than I could have hoped for. Now I was stuck - didn’t trade a car in and had no way to get the car home. No problem - they delivered it to me the next day. Cleaned it, changed the oil, and gassed it up prior to delivery. Jerome called after delivery to make sure everything was good. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. 2017 GT Challenger with 16,000 miles on it. I love the vehicle. More
