Most Improved I have bought 3 vehicles from Jerry Hunt before. They weren't bad rides and their service was good. But they were in the old lot with cramped conditions. Not the most inviting appearance. Their new location is fabulous. The saleswoman was awesome. All the staff were quite inviting. The whole presentation was more "new car dealership" rather than "used car lot" of the past. I've heard bad talk about Jerry Hunt many years, but never had a bad experience. This one was great. If I ever need a car again, I'll be looking at Jerry Hunt. Just hopefully not till I can get a HUGE down payment. Buying a car is expensive any way you slice it. But Jerry Hunt made it a fantastic experience. Thank you. More
Good experience except.....: Only disappointing part was there were no key fobs on key. All we got was what is basically a replacement key. Can not even lock the doors to set alarm since only the key was given. So we have to pay to get new keys and have programmed for truck. Very disappointing to pay all that money for a vehicle and not get the appropriate keys. Ally in finance was awesome. More

Lack of follow up to sale and service I purchased a 2014 Cadillac Escalade in 2019. The vehicle was delivered without custom mats or ANY type of mat other than a slim Jerry Hunt Center mat I purchased a 2014 Cadillac Escalade in 2019. The vehicle was delivered without custom mats or ANY type of mat other than a slim Jerry Hunt Center mat on driver's side. In addition, only one set of keys or key fab. I was told that was standard with trade ins. I was provided a contact person to pay for my 2nd key Fab at $160.00. the vehicle is now idling rough. It took three times to complete the paperwork properly. In addition, I was advised the life time power train warranty only applies to vehicles four years or newer. I bought a 2014 vehicle in 2019. They had then tagged on a two year warranty to cover power train etc. Both my vehicles were broke down and I was in need of a vehicle among other medical issues going on with my file. Needless to say this was not a pleasant sale or follow up service. Those items seem minor (floor mats and key Fab)) however those two items in them were approximately $500.00 plus. I was told the lack of floor mats were part of the discounted sale price. Very disappointed. More

John Strickland, the salesperson, was extremely helpful, not pushy at all, and wanted us to feel comfortable as we were looking at vehicles. We were given a very fair trade in value for our 2012 Dodge Journey and drove away in a fantastic certified pre-owned Honda CR-V that is perfect for our family! Overall, this was a wonderful experience! More
