This dealership is absolute garbage! I applied for a truck they just got in on trade. Took 2 days go get the approval for the truck. Had to contact them to get updates mostly. Customer service was minim truck they just got in on trade. Took 2 days go get the approval for the truck. Had to contact them to get updates mostly. Customer service was minimal and horrible. After being told I was approved, they told me that someone else came to look at the truck while I’m sitting here approved for it. Then I had to take a backseat to another buyer who came in after me. I feel like I was lied to about the whole process in order for them to make a quick deal with someone in store. Way to treat a vet on Veterans Day I might add. I would never buy a vehicle from this store. Even if they call to tell me that they have the truck for me to pick up, I would never take the offer now. I’m also a 5 star rated business owner and understand what customer relation is suppose to be! More
