I had a good experience with the sales team but after driving my car an hour back to charlotte I head a awful sound and found that the lug nut were not tight and when I pulled over 3 out of the 5 lug nut driving my car an hour back to charlotte I head a awful sound and found that the lug nut were not tight and when I pulled over 3 out of the 5 lug nuts had fallen of and was about to lose a tire after checking the rest they were all left loose and I got very lucky that it did not damage anything so I’m not very impressed with the service team they need to really check stuff like that’s before it get someone hurt More

Please approach with caution, yes they have okay people working there but if your seals person name is Kevin park and your fiance manager first name is Bobby, find you a different dealership, because they working there but if your seals person name is Kevin park and your fiance manager first name is Bobby, find you a different dealership, because they will pad your contact with extra warranties so that they can make there commission. I put down money which were supposed to go towards the down payment of the car I was purchasing at the time and instead of putting the money down they added a extra warranty without my knowledge, just so they could make there commission. Not saying that everyone at this dealership are crooks but some of them are. More

Do Not Do Business with this Company! Tiffany gave me an "out the door" price on the phone. When I got there, Tiffany was not to be found. Anthony sold me the car, wanting to add on a Tiffany gave me an "out the door" price on the phone. When I got there, Tiffany was not to be found. Anthony sold me the car, wanting to add on a "ceramic protection package" costing $1995! I told him no to that and he insisted on a $595 website called CarChief that he claimed was "built in" to the car and could not be removed. I finally got tired of arguing with him about it when he reduced it to $300. Found out later that this bare bones website gives you much less information than the Kia Access FREE app. Hunt advertising claims a lifetime drive train warranty. Apparently that doesn't apply to EVs. No warranty of any kind offered for free, only a steep costing 5 year plan, so the car was purchased "as is." I told Anthony the time I was coming with my wife the next day to pick up the paid-for car. He still made us wait about 40 minutes for the temporary tag. I had asked only two things of him: remove all Jerry Hunt advertising from the vehicle and charge it up fully. He agreed to do this, but when I got the car, it still had Hunt license plate holder, Hunt decal and Hunt front bumper plate. It was charged to about 50%, just enough for me to get home to Charlotte. Later I realized that Hunt had drilled three holes in the front bumper so they could put their advertising plate on it. Oh yeah, final cost was about $500 more than Tiffany's "out the door" quote. Wouldn't come near this place again! More

My husband and I went to Jerry hunt to look at buying a new vehicle for us. We ended up getting a truck this is our second vehicle from them and they are amazing. Finance was super helpful he broke down ou new vehicle for us. We ended up getting a truck this is our second vehicle from them and they are amazing. Finance was super helpful he broke down our payments and explained the gap and warranty. He even mentioned breaking the payment into two bi weekly payments to shorten the length of the overall loan and interest. More
