Ask after looking at the truck when doing there 82 point inspection to grease the suspension when service the truck wasn’t done when coming back to pickup and pay for the truck told Cooper they didn’t greas inspection to grease the suspension when service the truck wasn’t done when coming back to pickup and pay for the truck told Cooper they didn’t grease it he said back over to get it done waited in the lobby extra hour and a half got home that evening late back to Church Hill ,Tn.got under the truck next morning had not been grease went ahead and done it called and talked to the Shane about it to let him know I skid plate not under the order and Shane to send invoice and he pay for it will next week need anymore we were there for least 2 and half to pay for truck with cashiers check point is should have a simple process More
