Lena went above and beyond, including coming in and out of the dealership because I had my kids in the vehicle in their PJs. and getting a low car payment, she answered all of my questions, explained things about my new car that I didn’t even think about before buying and I honestly can’t complain, I really had the best service and it was a very easy and simple process. Im glad we chose Nissan Jenkins to buy our new car, I will highly recommend this place and Lena 110% as a satisfied customer. I have contacted numerous times regarding an issue and do you think I would get a response? Nope. Called 3 times to get someone to address my issue and was told 3 times someone would contact me AND NO ONE EVER DID. I will not ever buy another vehicle through them again because of this experience and I have told a lot of people about this. Not a pleasant experience and now I see my salesperson is no longer there. Hmmmm wonder why More
