I took my 2014 Nissan Sentra to get the transmission programed. they called me the next day and said the transmission is no good. They charged me 216.00 dollars for nothing ! Then they charged me 13.00 programed. they called me the next day and said the transmission is no good. They charged me 216.00 dollars for nothing ! Then they charged me 13.00 dollars for shop supplies. How in the xxxx do you use shop supplies for doing nothing at all to the vehicle. These people are crooks stay away from them ! More

I’m a 1st time legit customer. Derek Deason was my sales agent, I appreciated his willingness. I accidentally turned at their dealer looking for another. I was given options for my small budget and admittedly walked out there with an up to date (bluetooth, backup camera,) 95,000 miles, no accidents, not a dent or scratch, 2016 SUV for good cost. I am very pleased with the vehicle I bought for the price. They didn’t pressure me to the point of me leaving, just did their jobs. I appreciated them working with me. Although I know it was hard, I truly needed a vehicle not going to break down in the woods at night. I was pleased with my service and the car for what I could afford. I came home with it and my husband was happy. The car was for me so I worked the deal. . It’s a nice ride for the price I could afford. Thanks More
