Excellent Service Department I had a service appointment I drove up to the service department I was greeted immediately by a young man sorry his name escapes me he asked what typ I had a service appointment I drove up to the service department I was greeted immediately by a young man sorry his name escapes me he asked what type service I was in for I told him I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and 14 point inspection he took me right into Mike Ferrari who was very attentive, kind, and caring. Mike is an asset to Jenkins Service Department as are just about everyone I dealt with there. This service department makes you feel like a valued customer. More

The only bummer I had but luckily I was early is that I didn’t realize dealership moved so had to find new location. Make me feel like family I went in for service and Mike Ferrari who was the most attentive person that I have encounter in service so far in KIA in that area. He explained to me different aspects of my package and fixed some of my vouchers. Later on after a while, he even came down and congratulated me. Jamie was waiting for me to talk in the resting area, after noticing my handicap he decided to go into a closer location. He was friendly and a real gentleman. He introduced us to Guy, between them they came up with the best offer possible. Jamie took me around showed me some cars, he was so kind and patient. We waited for a while and at the end we met Pete, what a genuine funny guy. He explained everything in detail with a funny deposition and clearly the best interest for me. At the same time I can see Jamie transferring all my things to the new car. What a gentleman! When everything was set and done Jamie even gave me a salute lol! It was a wonderful experience! More

Not only was he professional, but friendly and courteous. Mr. Hanson said he would have me out of there in one hour or less. Mind you, they were extremely busy at two p.m.. Approx. fifty five minutes later I was in the car and on my way home. I would recommend Jenkins Kia to anyone who asked. More

Oscar Martinez was extremely patient, and helped us weigh different options & my daughter's very particular tastes. John Brooks & Ryan Baroni personally got involved to ensure our needs were met & did the needful to ensure we were satisfied. There was no pressure, they listened & accommodated us as best they could. Peter Palys facilitated the financing without issue & the transaction was very smooth.
