Wonderful service for an out-of-state traveler on I 75. While traveling through the Ocala area, I experienced problems with my 2013 Sorrento. I checked online and found the nearest Kia Dearlership was only a few miles away. I drove there and the problem was quickly diagnosed by Chris in the service department. Within a couple of hours the repairs had been made and I was able to continue my journey to Bonita Springs, arriving on the same day as scheduled. As a single older woman traveling alone, I was grateful for the prompt attention to the problem and also for the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff at Jenkins Kia.
