The process of trading in my old palisade for the new XRT, was absolutely seamless. Carolyn was on top of everything, and so helpful. I did the majority of the process from Daytona, and by the time I got XRT, was absolutely seamless. Carolyn was on top of everything, and so helpful. Our transmission went out at 108,00 mi so we took it to Jenkins. It has been there since 2/24/2023 and I had to call them (several times) to get an update since they would not call me.
