Negotiating Price I had to return to the dealership a second time to get the right price for my car and trade-in. I had a different sales person the first visit. On the I had to return to the dealership a second time to get the right price for my car and trade-in. I had a different sales person the first visit. On the second visit I worked with Ryan and William and the negotiation process was better. I think the hardball tactics and outright lying to myself and my wife on the first visit was very unprofessional. If the customer treats your employees with respect like I do then I expect the same courtesy in return. However, having said the above, since we purchased the car the staff has been very good in contacting me to add the accessories I wanted for the car. I want to commend both William Casteneda of Sales and Darrell of the Service Department for their help. More
